Meet Yi Dynasty — Premium Korean BBQ & Hot Pot
Yi Dynasty Korean BBQ & Hot Pot sits at 3004–3005/9 Lawson Street, Southport, Gold Coast. The menu covers premium Korean barbecue, traditional hot pot, wagyu meats, bibimbap, and classic Korean dishes — catering for families, couples, and large group bookings.
The food is good. The reputation is growing. But when Yi Dynasty came to us in December 2025, the online presence had not caught up. Google Search Console recorded zero clicks and zero impressions in the months before the campaign. The site was invisible to organic search.
Just 32 keywords were tracked in total, with only 2 in the top 3. Organic search sat at 35.9% of traffic — behind paid advertising. In a competitive Gold Coast Korean dining market, that needed to change fast.
The goal was clear — become the first name Gold Coast locals see when they search for Korean BBQ, hot pot,
or Korean food in Southport. We rebuilt the foundations before scaling anything else.
Over five months, we audited and rebuilt the website, optimised the Google Business Profile, executed a phased SEO strategy, and scaled content and backlink activity month by month. The results compound from there.
